Kansas Man WANTED To Behead Female U.S. Soldier

Federal authorities arrested three young men in Kansas and California who allegedly sent over $2,000 to support ISIS and discussed murdering American service members and civilians in violent terrorist attacks.

Chilling Messages Reveal Violent Plans

The suspects—Bisaam Ghafoor, 21, from Leawood, Kansas; Elias Shamsaldeen, 21, from Porterville, California; and Bereen Dzayee, 25, from Lakeside, California—face charges of conspiring to provide material support to terrorism. According to the Department of Justice, the men communicated through Discord and other platforms, expressing disturbing wishes to kill Americans. Ghafoor allegedly stated he wanted to behead a female soldier and wished he could kill 300 million Americans. Shamsaldeen discussed stabbing a U.S. servicemember, while Dzayee suggested targeting U.S. Special Forces with drone attacks. Ghafoor also said it would be exciting if his name appeared on a drone used against Americans.

Cryptocurrency Scheme to Buy Weapons

Beyond the cash they allegedly sent to someone they believed was an ISIS member, the three suspects explored using cryptocurrency to fund weapons purchases for the terrorist organization. FBI agents executed a search warrant at Dzayee’s California home, with local news footage showing federal officers removing large paper bags of evidence from the residence. The suspects had sworn allegiance to ISIS and plotted multiple attacks targeting American military personnel, according to investigators.

Top Officials Warn Threat Remains Active

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche emphasized the government’s commitment to dismantling terrorist networks anywhere they operate. FBI Director Kash Patel praised the multi-office investigation, noting the arrests demonstrated the Bureau’s ability to stop terrorist attacks before they occur. Speaking on Fox News, Blanche described the three men as completely indoctrinated by terrorism. He stressed that the fight against terror continues, with many individuals still seeking to harm America and its citizens. The investigation involved FBI offices in Kansas City, San Diego, Sacramento, Newark, and Richmond, along with the Counterterrorism Division. All three suspects remain in federal custody awaiting trial.
